Refill Cartridges

No. All cartridges are disposable and have a built-in one-time use atomizer that is manufactured to optimally function with the amount of e-liquid in the prefilled cartridge, eliminating the hassle and mess of refilling your cartridge.

We do not carry ELiquid at this time; however we are currently working on our own formula and hope to have it ready soon.

Replace your cartridges when you are no longer able to achieve optimum vapor satisfaction, and your battery is not indicating that it needs to be charged. You may also experience an unpleasant taste when the cartridge needs to be replaced. Discard empty cartridges and simply attach another to continue vaping.

A single cartridge is equivalent to that of one pack of traditional cigarettes or approximately 250 puffs.

Please dispose of your cartridges in your ordinary trash receptacle. We are currently working on a recycling program, but in the meantime, please contact your local electronic recycling company for options in your area.

The number one reason cartridges do not work properly is a dirty battery. Please refer to the cleaning method and retry the cartridge or attach a new cartridge. If you are still having issues with your cartridges, call customer service at 1-866-242-9210 Monday-Friday 9-5 EST. Cartridges are a consumable product, and therefore, they have a different protocol. We require every customer with cartridge problems to mail in their faulty cartridges for testing. If your cartridges are deemed faulty due to a manufacturing issue, we will add a store credit to your account.

You have 30 days from the original date of purchase to return any unopened packs of cartridges to exchange for a different flavor or nicotine level.

Each cartridge contains flavoring, nicotine (except for the 0mg), water and propylene glycol. Propylene glycol is used in a variety of FDA approved substances; it is the element that helps create the vapor.

Premium Vapes specializes in a variety of flavors with five different nicotine strengths (0mg, 6mg, 11mg, 16mg and 24mg). The threading on the cartridges is male and works only in conjunction with Premium Vapes batteries.

WannaVapes focuses on the traditional cartridge flavors such as menthol and tobacco varieties. The nicotine strengths are also available so consumers can enjoy their cartridges in a wide range of strengths (0mg, 8mg, 12mg and 18mg). The threading on the cartridges is female and only works in conjunction with WannaVape batteries.


Ecigarette Batteries

It is not recommended that you leave your batteries charging overnight or for extended periods of time as this can affect the functionality of your battery. Once your charger's LED has switched to green, your battery is fully charged and ready for use.

There is an LED located on all chargers. The LED will illuminate green when charge is 100% complete and ready for use.

Classic, Queen and King: When your battery needs to be charged, the LED will blink continuously when trying to vape.

EGO: Similar to the traditional units, the EGO's manual button will flash continuously when it needs to be charged.

Note: Charge your batteries completely before use. The LED on your charger will illuminate red when charging and green when charge is complete.

To prolong the life of your battery, we suggest cleaning your battery weekly to biweekly depending on how heavy of a user you are. The cleaning method is as follows:

1. Please take a pin or toothpick to remove any residue buildup on the inner and outer threading of your battery.

2. After removing the residue, dip a Q-tip in rubbing alcohol, squeeze until mostly dry, and collect the loose residue particles

Cleaning your battery will not only improve the performance of your battery but also your chargers and cartridges.

If your battery is not working correctly, please try cleaning it (see cleaning method) as that is the number one reason behind product malfunctioning. If cleaning your battery does not help, please contact the customer service department Monday-Friday 9-5 EST at 1-866-242-9210 and a customer representative will be able to further assist you. We have a one year warranty that allows up to two replacements on all of our products (excluding consumable products).

Our batteries are designed to last approximately 300 chargers. For normal users, a battery will last about one year. Cleaning your battery regularly is proven to increase the life and quality of your battery. Please see cleaning method.

An EGO is a style of Premium Vapes battery that is favored for its extended charge (one charge lasting approximately 2 cartridges). They do not resemble a traditional cigarette and are operated with a manual button. The manual button controls vaping and can also be pressed 3 times to turn on and 3 times to turn off your EGO.

** Please be aware that the EGO does require a charger specifically designed for the EGO. **

WannaVapes' batteries have a female threading which is not compatible with our Premium Vapes Batteries. Our Premium Vapes batteries have male threading.

Premium Vapes offers 3 models of electronic cigarettes that resemble the structure of a traditional cigarette.

Classic: This is our most common model of battery. It is 3.9" in length when the cartridge is attached and has the battery capacity to last half a cartridge before the battery needs to be recharged.

Queen: This battery is slightly longer than the Classic, 4.2" in length with the cartridge. The Queen model also has a slightly longer charge which is why it is favored by normal to heavy smokers, lasting ¾ a cartridge before recharging.

King: This model is geared towards heavy smokers. Our King model lasts a whole cartridge before needing to be recharged and is 4.8" in length with the cartridge.

They will ship you up to two replacement units and include a prepaid label for the faulty product. If you do not return the faulty product within 30 days, your account will be charged the amount of the new product we shipped as the replacement. Premium can send only two initial replacement units, but can include prepaid postage for additional items to be replaced. Upon receiving the other faulty units, all of the replacements will be shipped to customer.

All products are made specific to each brand to ensure optimal functionality; therefore, you must use each product in conjunction with its specific brand.

Flavor Vapes

No. The disposable cigarettes come fully charged and ready for immediate use upon opening.

Our disposable E Cigarettes can be discarded in the regular trash or recycled.

When your disposable cigarette is ready to be discarded, you will not be able to produce any vapor and the LED will blink 5 times when attempting to vape.

Your disposable cigarette is approximately two packs of traditional cigarettes.

When stored in a cool and dry place, unopened disposable cigarettes have a two year shelf life and an opened shelf life of two weeks.

No. Disposable Cigars are pre-charged and ready to use upon opening. They have are not refillable or rechargeable. Once the e-liquid is depleted and you cannot produce any vapor, please discard.
