The electronic cigarette came into the market in 2003 from China.  It has over the last few years become an entrenched alternative to the tobacco cigarette.

Popular flavors include ginger and mint, vanilla and coffee flavors.  There are herbal flavors, and food as well as beverage based flavors.  One of the concerns of critics of electric cigarettes is the use of flavors that appeal to teens and young children such as cotton candy and waffles.  The use of electronic cigarettes is illegal for minors and requires the user to be over 18.  

There are alcohol inspired flavors such as whisky, beer and brandy flavors.  There are fruit inspired flavors like strawberry or cranberry.  Since the electronic cigarette emerged first in China, they also offer a range of Chinese flavors as well.
