Q. What comes with the Premium Electronic Cigarette PR110/PR111 starter Kit?
The PR110 and PR111 kits come with two rechargeable batteries, USB charger and AC adaptor, Six refill cartridges in your choice of flavor, and a User's manual.  Please note that our PR110 and PR111 model cartridges have a built-in one-time use atomizer.  Our Premium Ecigarette cartridges are not to be refilled with the E-Liquid, just conveniently replace the dead cartridge with a new replacement cartridge. We offer various nicotine levels for our refill cartridges: High strength - 16mg, Medium - 11mg, Low - 6mg, and None - 0mg. Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
PremiumEcigarette will always ship your order on the same (orders placed during business hours before 2pm EST) or next business day (on orders placed after 2pm EST during business hours or weekend days).

Q. What if some of the products I order on back order?
In rare cases we do run out of particular products such as colored batteries or particular flavor or strength in a refill cartridge, we will notify you be either telephone or email informing you of the out of stock products.  You can either place the order on backorder for the particular item or change your item for one in stock.  If we do not reach contact with you, we reserve the right to substitute for an alternate flavor and/or strength.

Q. Is there a way to clean the batteries?
After frequent use if you notice you are not receiving maximum performance from the battery it may need to be cleaned to help remove any build up that may have occurred.  It is suggested you occasionally clean the battery to ensure it works properly.
Hold the battery upright (with the LED light upward) and dip a QTip in rubbing alcohol to sterilize the QTip, squeeze to remove any excess liquid, and gently rub the bottom of the battery where the threads are located to help remove build-up.  Also, there are two tiny holes on the sides of the threads which may also collect build-up. Gently poke through the holes to remove any build-up to ensure proper airflow is occurring.
