Monday – Friday, 9AM-5PM (Eastern Standard Time, EST) Hours may vary during Holidays.  Business days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or US Holidays.

Our Shipping Policy

We want you to get your vapes, and we are here to help! In the event that your package is stolen or misdelivered, follow these steps:

  • Report your incident immediately to your mail carrier (USPS/FedEx).
  • File and claim and get a claim number.
  • Contact us with your claim number by phone (866-242-9210) or email (store@premiumecig.com).

Although Premium Vapes is not responsible for damaged, lost of stolen goods upon delivery, reshippment is granted on a case-by-case scenerio. 

Disclaimer: Orders over $250 will be shipped FedEx Ground with a signiture confirmation at no charge. If this method is not suitable, you must contact us before the package has shipped. If you waive your right for a signiture confirmation, we will under no circumstances replace stolen or misdelivered packages. 

Shipping (Within the US)

Orders completed and processed before 2 pm EST will ship same day. Orders completed after, will ship the following business day. Orders placed after cut-off time on Friday will ship the following Monday.

Shipping (Internationally)

We are currently shipping to limited countries for International shipping.  Please allow 24-48 hours for processing (subject to complete verification), and 7-10 business days for shipping of delivery for International orders.  We are unable to communicate with Internationial customers via outbound phone calls so please provide a valid email address we can communicate with you if needed for verifcation purposes.  Orders will be shipped using FedEx Priority International. If future replacements are needed for current customers, replacement products are shipped with USPS mail carrier.

Flat Rate shipping fees vary dependent on destination country.  Recipient is responsible for any duty/fees/taxes due upon receiving the package. Premium is not responsible for any packages damaged, lost, stolen, or denied during the international shipping and customs process.

Shipping Costs

We offer free USPS First Class (5-8 business days) for all orders over $19. 

If you choose an option other than free shipping, pricing will vary depending on total package weight and destination. 

FedEx Option

  • Does not deliver to PO boxes
  • Does not  consider Saturday and Sunday a business day, meaning, your package under no circumstances will be delivered on Saturday unless you call our office before your package has shipped and pay a $15 surcharge (implemented by FedEx). 

FedEx Shipping Breakdown

  • FedEx Standard Overnight: 1 business day (deliverable up to 3 pm to most address, up to 8 pm for residences)
  • FedEX Priority Overnight: 1 business day (deliverable up to 10:30 am to most addresses) 
  • FedEx 2 Day: 2 business days
  • FedEx Express Saver: 3 business days
  • FedEx Home Delivery: 1-5 business days 

FedEx is the preferred method of shipping due to the fact that they guarentee their packages.
