Orders placed by 2pm (EST) will be processed and shipped on the same business day, subject to complete verification. Any orders placed after 2pm (EST) will be processed and shipped the following business day, subject to complete verification. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day, Monday. We offer FREE USPS First class 5 business days shipping on all orders. We also offer Priority Mail (3 business days), Express mail (1-3 business days) and FedEx mailing options at additional cost. USPS Express mail requires a signature confirmation upon delivery and cannot be delivered to APO/FPO addresses. Please only choose this shipping option if available to sign for upon delivery. Shipping fees will vary depend upon total weight of order placed and shipping destination.
We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen goods upon delivery to your mailbox or door. In case of any damages due to handling during shipping customers should report to their mail carrier and file a claim immediately.
In the case of any packages that have been misdelivered, or lost, please contact your local post office for further investigation of the delivery of that package. Once a claim has been filed, reshipments are possible on a case by case situation- the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
Any orders that exceed $250.00 will be shipped via FedEx with a signature required. If this is not an acceptable shipping method, contact us immediately to arrange an alternative insured shipping method.
Street addresses are required to ensure proper delivery for online and telephone orders. Please note that FedEx will NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes, and does not consider Saturday a business day. Orders placed on Friday that choose Overnight Shipping are subject to an additional $15 Saturday Delivery surcharge, a fee charged by FedEx. We will attempt confirmation for this delivery option, if no verification is made, your order will be handled by FedEx as next business day Overnight shipping and will be delivered on the following Monday. To extend explanation, orders shipped on Thursday with FedEx 2-day will not be delivered Saturday, but the following business day, Monday.
FedEx Shipping delivery options that we are offer as follows:
FedEx Overnight shipping will be delivered following business day, additional $15 Saturday delivery surcharge when applicable.
FedEx 2 day will be delivered in two business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday)
FedEx Express Saver will be delivered in three business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday)
FedEx Home Deilvery will be delivered in 5 business days. This is not a faster shipping delivery time frame than our Free First Class Business, just an alternate shipping option we offer for our customers preference.
FedEx only guarantees estimated date of arrival for shipping on Overnight Shipping, 2 Day, and Express Saver. If your order is not delivered by FedEx by the posted estimated delivery date, you will need to contact FedEx to file a claim for money-back guarantee for your paid shipping cost. We do not guarantee delivery dates estimated by the mail carrier, and any delayed deliveries will need to be filed with the respective mail carrier.
We are currently shipping to limited countries for International shipping. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing (subject to complete verification), and 7-10 business days for shipping of delivery for International orders. We are unable to communicate with Internationial customers via outbound phone calls so please provide a valid email address we can communicate with you if needed for verifcation purposes. Orders will be shipped using FedEx Priority International and tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped from our warehouse. If future replacements are needed for current customers, replacement products are shipped with USPS mail carrier.
Flat Rate shipping fees vary dependent on destination country. Recipient is responsible for any duty/fees/taxes due upon receiving the package. Premium is not responsible for any packages damaged, lost, stolen, or denied during the international shipping and customs process.
