Warranty/Return Policy -

At PremiumEstore LLC, we stand behind the high quality of our products and if you are not completely satisfied with a product, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the date of purchase on all products.  Due to strict health standards, we cannot refund or replace any open cartridge packs or disposable products.  Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will need to pay for return shipping. 

For returns:

Simply contact our customer service department at 866-242-9210 or email us at
returns@premiumecig.com and one of our customer service representatives will gladly assist you.  An RMA Number will be issued and you will attach that number to the products you return to us.  Products must be received by our returns department within the 30 day period to be eligible for a refund. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing refunds to reflect once we receive the products.

Limited 1 year Replacement Warranty: 
(Applicable to any products excluding refill cartridges or other disposable products purchased January 1, 2012 forward)

PremiumEstore LLC guarantees that our products are free from manufacturing defects under normal use for 1 year from the date of purchase.  Please call the customer service department at 1-866-242-9210 or email
returns@premiumecig.com for assistance with troubleshooting and replacements if necessary.  If the actual product cannot be replaced due to unavailability, a comparable replacement product of equal value will be given.  Our replacement policy states that the first two replacements requested on any one unit within a year from date of purchase will be hassle-free. We will send the replacement product and in turn the customer will return the original malfunctioning unit within a designated period of time. Domestic customers will have 30 days to return the product, and included in the package will be a prepaid return label to return the original product to PremiumEstore. International customers will have 60 days and will be responsible for shipping the original products back to PremiumEstore (we will compensate for shipping costs totaling $15.00 USD or less).  Again, due to strict health standards, we cannot refund or replace any open cartridge packs or disposable products.  If the original product is not received within the designated amount of time, we reserve the right to bill the amount due for the non-returned product. Please be aware that only one replacement unit may be issued per original product at any given time.

Within 1 year from date of purchase if you have already been administered two hassle-free replacements on any one product, please be aware there will be a $6.95 shipping & handling fee charged for each future replacement unit. Customers will need to call the customer service department or email returns@premiumecig.com to request a replacement. Customers will then be responsible for shipping their malfunctioning product to PremiumEstore before any replacement units can be issued. Once the product is received, a $6.95 processing and handling fee will be charged. Please allow 1-3 business days for the received unit to be tested, repaired, or replaced as necessary. The repaired or new unit will be shipped back to the customer via Standard USPS (please allow 1-5 business days for delivery).

All products purchased prior to January 1, 2012 will continue to be covered by the previous limited 90 day warranty. Please contact for more information.

If you are experiencing problems with the Electronic Cigarette battery, please attempt a cleaning process on the batteries before contacting the customer service department for a replacement.  If we issue a replacement, and receive original batteries that simply needed to be cleaned to work properly we will perform a cleaning process, test the product and if it works properly you will be contacted and informed of the cleaning procedure. If this becomes a consistent problem (i.e. more than two functioning products are returned), you will be charged an additional $5.00 replacement fee for any future products returned sans manufacturing error.    

We recommend when returning any products (returned or replaced) to use a mail carrier with tracking services, as we are not responsible for any undelivered packages and will not refund or give credit for products we do not receive back. 

Warranty applies to the products under normal use and does not cover the following:

1)      Modification or altering of any of the products by anyone other than PremiumEstore, LLC.
2)      Misuse of the product in a manner inconsistent with the use as included in the instructions
3)      Any use of the product other than that for which it is intended
4)      Use of the Premium Electronic Cigarette with other manufactures’ chargers, batteries, or cartridges

All returns are subject to our right to refuse any request that does not meet our requirements.
