I have not had a cigarette in almost a month. After quitting many times in the past, this product has finally got me to quit for good! I started with nicotine gum and this, and am now off the nicotine gum and just using this. Thank you! Thank you!

I am a smoker of 20 years. I tried medication, the patch, and gum without success. I have not touched a cigarette since I started using this product.

I haven't touched a regular cigarette in 32 days. I quit five times before this and never got this far without cheating. For me, and I suspect many others according to recent psychological research, it is all about the habit and not the nicotine addiction. It gets me through the cravings in a way nicotine gum never could. In another month, I will be totally off nicotine. I'll probably be leaning on an e cigarette to fight the cravings indefinitely. The bottom line is I can breathe better and yell without coughing. Give it a shot, I smoked for 50 years and this seems to be satisfying a habit I don't think I could break alone. The quality is very good. I now have four batteries so I'm always ready to go.

I enjoyed this. I'm a pharmacist, and now I don't have to leave the dispensary unattended to have a smoke. I can step into the consultation room for a quickie.
