customer service department has received several questions regarding the
impact the coronavirus may have on our products and/or the delivery of
goods. As the Chief Executive Officer, it is my duty to inform you that
we are taking this matter very seriously.
While the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) have stated there's no evidence that the spread of coronavirus is associated with imported goods, we are continuing to implement additional measures to ensure that our products remain safe and free of any cross contamination.
The CDC also states, “Because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures.”
Due to the additional steps I have enforced, we may experience a slightly longer delay than usual receiving our shipments. Additionally, our products are manufactured in a clean room environment which eliminates all possibilities of direct contamination from any person that may have contracted the virus. Furthermore, our current stock of goods was received prior to the reported outbreak and does not pose any risk of contamination.
I am committed to provide the same top quality products while continuing to monitor and assess the risks associated with this virus as more details become available. For additional questions or concerns, please continue to reach out to our customer service department.
