Q. How do I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email stating that the order status has changed to shipped. We ship out same day as long as the order is received by 2 p.m. EST otherwise your order will ship out next business day. If you need to update your email address, you can do so by signing into your account under the account settings option or you may contact our customer service department.

Q. How long does it take to receive my order?

The answer to this question will depend on the shipping method that you selected. As each shipping method varies, so will the delivery date. You will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped along with your tracking number. If you selected USPS as your shipping method, go to WWW.USPS.COM to track your package. Each pack contains five individual cartridges.

Q. How long does a cartridge last?

A cartridge is equivalent to one pack of traditional cigarettes or approximately 250 puffs depending on how long of a puff you take.

Q. How do I know when to replace my cartridge?

When your cartridge need to be replaced, you will not be able to produce anymore vapor and/or you will experience a “burnt” taste in the back of your throat.

Q. What ingredients are in the cartridges?

Each cartridge contains flavoring, nicotine (except for the 0mg), water and propylene glycol. Propylene glycol is used in a variety of FDA approved substances; it is the element that helps create the vapor.

Q. What is the shelf life of the cartridges?

Once you open your pack of cartridges, the cartridges have a two-week shelf life. While still sealed in the package, cartridges can last approximately one year when they are stored in a cool, dry place.

Q. What if I have received faulty cartridges?

The number one reason cartridges do not work properly is a dirty battery. Please refer to the cleaning method and retry the cartridge or attach a new cartridge. If you are still having issues with your cartridges, call customer service at 1-866-242-9210 Monday-Friday 9-5 EST. Cartridges are a consumable product, and therefore, they have a different protocol. We require every customer with cartridge problems to mail in their faulty cartridges for testing before we are able to replace them.


Q. How long does a bottle of e-liquid last?

eLiquids have several size bottles. In comparison to packs of cartridges, each bottle will vary. Please see examples below:

10ml = 2 packs of cartridges

15ml = 3 packs of cartridges

30ml = 6 packs of cartridges

60ml = 12 packs of cartridges

120ml = 24 packs of cartridges

Q. Can I mix my e-liquid flavors?

All of our e-liquid flavors can be mixed so that you find the perfect flavor combination for you.

Q. What is a Clearomizer?

Much like the purpose of a cartridge, a clearomizer is a device that you would use to fill eLiquid yourself to produce your flavor and vapor.

Q. What is the difference between a clearomizer and an ego clearomizer?

Our standard clearomizer fits with our Classic, Queen and King size batteries while the EGO clearomizers are designed to fit the EGO batteries. The standard clearomizer will hold up to 1ml of eLiquid and the EGO clearomizer will hold up to 1.6ml.

Q. How Do I Fill My Clearomizer?

1. Unscrew the base/bottom of your Clearomizer.

2. Hold your plastic Clearomizer with the mouth tip facing downward and tilted slightly.

3. Squeeze your eliquid into the Clearomizer down the inside wall of your Clearomizer avoiding the center tube.

4. Screw the base/bottom of your Clearomizer back on and set on a flat surface for 1-2 minutes so your eliquid can absorb into the wick (located in the base).

5. Now you are ready to attach your clearomizer to your charged battery and vape.

Q. How often should I change my clearomizer?

Clearomizers are manufactured to the highest standards; however, they still need to be replaced for the best performance. Depending on how often you use it; the average user will get around 8 weeks life out of one clearomizer however it is common to have more than one at a time to offer an instant flavor change.

Q. Why Is My Clearomizer Leaking?

During the filling process, you may have gotten a little eLiquid in the airflow tube. No worries though! Simply grab a Q-Tip and slide it down the center tube of your clearomizer to absorb the spilled eLiquid. Attach your clearomizer to your battery and begin vaping!

Q. Why Did My Clearomizer Stop Working?

You may need to change the coil or check the connections between the clearomizer and the battery.

Q. Why is there a burnt taste after changing my e-liquid?

When you are filling your clearomizer for the first time, make sure that you let it sit for 1 – 2 minutes before vaping otherwise; you will get a burnt taste. You want to make sure that the wick is completely saturated before vaping.

Q. What is an EGO Battery?

An EGO is a style of battery that is favored for its extended charge (one charge lasting approximately 2 cartridges). They do not resemble a traditional cigarette and are operated with a manual button. The manual button controls vaping and can also be pressed 3 times to turn on/off your EGO battery.

Q. What is an EGO LUX Battery?

An EGO LUX battery is a simple upgraded version of the traditional EGO battery and can be used with both, cartridges and clearomizers. The EGO LUX battery also has the same on/off feature as the EGO.

Q. What is a KEYCHAIN EGO Battery?

The Keychain EGO battery is a mini model of our EGO batteries but with a keychain twist. The cap is attached to a keychain and twists right off. This little device packs a lot of punch with 350mah and is also equipped with a 3 click on/off switch.

Q. How do I know when to charge my battery?

Classic, Queen and King: When your battery needs to be charged, the LED will blink continuously when trying to vape.

EGO: Similar to the traditional units, the EGOs manual button will flash continuously when it needs to be charged.

Q. What is a battery’s lifespan?

Our batteries are designed to last approximately 300 charges, or about a year depending on how heavy a user you are. Cleaning your battery regularly is proven to increase the life and quality of your battery.

Q. How do I know when my battery is done charging?

There is an LED located on all chargers. The LED will illuminate green when the charge is 100% complete and ready for use.

Q. Can I leave my battery charging overnight?

It is not recommended that you leave your batteries charging overnight or for extended periods of time as this can affect the functionality of your battery. Once your charger’s LED has switched to green, your battery is fully charged and ready for use.

Q. Is there upkeep required on my battery?

We suggest cleaning your battery on a weekly to biweekly basis depending on how heavy a user you are. Cleaning your battery will not only improve the performance of your battery but also your chargers and cartridges. The cleaning method is as follows:

- Do not allow any liquid at any time to enter the battery

- Use rubbing alcohol to gently wipe away any dirt on the threading of the battery

- The two small but visible pin holes on the threading of the battery are air passageways, use a small pin to remove any build up from these passageways

- In the battery there is another air passageway located between the inner metal ring and outer threading, again utilize the small pin to remove any dust, dirt, or build up

Q. What if my battery no longer continues to work correctly?

If your battery is not working correctly, please try cleaning it as that is the number one reason behind product malfunctioning. If cleaning your battery does not help, please contact our customer service department Monday-Friday 9-5 EST at 1-866-242-9210 or email and a customer representative will be able happy to assist you.

Q. What is your replacement and returns policy?

We have a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our Premium brand products, excluding opened packs of cartridges. If you wish to receive a RMA (return merchandise authorization), please contact customer service Monday-Friday 9-5 EST at 1-866-242-9210 and they will be able to able to assist you further.

If you need an item replaced due to a manufacturing issue and are within the one year warranty, our customer service department will replace your first unit for you no questions asked. Should you continue to have trouble with your unit after the first replacement and you are still within the 1 year warranty, you will need to mail the unit in first for testing. If the unit is proven to be faulty, a replacement will be shipped to you. If the unit is not found faulty, it will be mailed back to you.

We have a 14 day warranty on all third party products. If you are having trouble with your product and are outside of the 14 day warranty, you may be able to contact the manufacturer directly for further assistance.

A disposable cigarette is a one piece device that is pre-filled with e-liquid, pre-charged and ready to use upon opening. After you’re finished with your product, discard your disposable and move on to your next one.

Q. How much nicotine is in a disposable cigarette?

Our disposable cigarettes contain a standard 18mg of nicotine (comparable to a light traditional cigarette).

Q. Do I have to charge my disposable cigarette?

No. The disposable cigarettes come fully charged and ready for immediate use upon opening. They are non-refillable, and can be easily disposed of when done!

Q. How do I know my disposable cigarette is ready to be discarded?

When your disposable cigarette is ready to be discarded, you will not be able to produce any vapor and the LED will blink 5 times when attempting to vape.

Q. What is the shelf life of my disposable cigarette?

When stored in a cool and dry place, unopened disposable cigarettes have a two year shelf life and an opened shelf life of two weeks.

Q. What is the rechargeable electronic cigar?

An electronic cigar is a rechargeable battery powered unit that uses specific refill cartridges to provide consumers with a cigar experience unaccompanied by ash, tar, smoke or tobacco.

Q. What kind of cartridge does an electronic cigar use?

The electronic cigars have specific refill cartridges available in 0mg or 18mg in two flavors; Classic Tobacco (Red) and Cubana (Black).

Q. How do I charge my e-cigar?

Your electronic cigar body connects with a charger equipped with an LED light that illuminates red when charging and blue when charging is complete. You can use any available USB port to charge your electronic cigar body. Once your LED has turned blue, remove the body, attach a cartridge and begin vaping.


Q. How do I use my USB Case with Built-In Battery?

1. Plug your case into any available USB Port

2. Notice two lights on the internal battery of the USB case.

3. The top light indicates charge of the case (red, for not charged, green for charged) Full charge takes approximately 4-6 hours.

4. Screw the battery into your fully charged case. The LED light on the battery will either blink or remain lit depending on the voltage of the battery.

5. The bottom light indicates the charge of the battery (solid for not charged, blinking for charged) Full battery charge takes approximately 2-3 hours. The case is designed to charge your battery up to 4 times before the case needs to be recharged.

Note: You cannot charge the case and the battery at the same time together.

Q. How do I use “THE PACK”?

Charging The Pack: Connect the USB cable to the Pack and insert into any available USB port to charge (4-5 hours). To check the charge level, reconnect the USB and check the LEDs.

Charging the Battery: Simply push the battery into the pack to charge.

LED Guide: Solid LED bar indicates: level of charge. Blinking LED bar indicates: charging in progress.

After your units are fully charges, the three solid bars will stay illuminated for 5 seconds then shut off.
