Domestic Shipping (USA)
Orders completed and processed before 2PM EST will ship the same day. Orders completed after 2PM, will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 2PM EST on Friday will ship the following Monday.
We offer Free USPS First Class Shipping for all orders over $20.00. We also offer Free FedEx 2-Day shipping for orders with qualifying weights (1 pound or more).
If you choose an option other than free shipping, pricing will vary depending on total package weight and destination.
- Does not deliver to PO boxes
- Does not consider Saturday and/or Sunday a business day, meaning, your package under no circumstances will be delivered on Saturday unless you call our office before your package has shipped and pay a $15 surcharge (implemented by FedEx).
FedEx Shipping Breakdown
- FedEx Standard Overnight: 1 business day (deliverable up to 3 pm to most address, up to 8 pm for residences)
- FedEx Priority Overnight: 1 business day (deliverable up to 10:30 am to most addresses)
- FedEx 2 Day: 2 business days
- FedEx Express Saver: 3 business days
- FedEx Home/Ground Delivery: 1-5 business days
We currently ship to limited countries at this time. Please allow 1-5 business days for processing (subject to complete verification). We are unable to communicate with our International customers via outbound phone calls so please provide a valid email address so we can communicate with you if needed for verification purposes.
We offer a Flat-Rate shipping fee of $15.95USD via FIMS (FedEx International Mailing Service). Recipient is responsible for any duty/fees/taxes due upon receiving the package.

- File a claim and get a claim number.
